Stove Enamelling

At Jones & Whymark, we operate a fully equipped in-house stove enamelling department at our Colchester site.

Stove enamelling is a highly durable wet paint finish that is applied using the latest electrostatic compressed air equipment. Once applied, the coating is oven-baked for four hours, creating a finish that is hard, long-lasting, and blemish-free, ensuring the highest standards of quality and appearance.

This specialist process is used not only for our own fabricated products but is also available as part of our contract painting service. In addition, we undertake a variety of refurbishment projects, which can include anything from architectural metalwork to motorcycle frames, restoring them with a professional, durable finish.

By combining modern technology with expert craftsmanship, our stove enamelling service delivers a coating that is both aesthetically pleasing and built to withstand demanding environments.
